Release Message Marked Spam Print

If you see that a message sent to your account was marked as spam when it was not, you can release the message to your inbox by doing the following:
 
1) Login to your cPanel account for the respective domain and click the SPAM ASSP Icon
2) To the right of your domain click the LOG button
3) When you locate the message that was incorrectly marked as spam, click the blue "I" icon under the "TO email" column header.
